Lilo provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, in individual or family sessions. Lilo starts with a relational approach, supported by trauma-informed techniques, to create a safe place to work through internal and external struggles. Identifying resources, including the client’s own strengths, extends the growth and healing that begins in sessions.
Lilo’s approach is warm, allowing the client space to work on whatever they choose to bring into the room. Understanding the role of the emotions that can overwhelm us is often key to shifting one’s experience and activating one’s sense of power within that world.
Lilo has a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University with an emphasis on Health Psychology, and a Masters in Education from Stanford University. Her areas of interest include the impact of the digital age on navigating each developmental stage of life and finding meaning at each stage of life. She is currently working her way towards licensure and is supervised by Tracy Greene.
